its the Gaudi's Dragon Gate at Royal Palace Gardens in barcelona, spain... to technically.. its a gate. not a fence.. but who cares.. its still awesome. :)
the artist was Gaudi the most famous architector of modernism (art noveau in france)

This is not photoshopped you silly little children. I am Spanish and I lived in Barcelona many years. I've visited that gate and it's real and it was indeed designed by Gaudi. I even have actual photos of it, not digital, actual photographic paper photos. I'm astounded at the ignorance, do a little research and possibly, a little travelling into the big wide world of outside your little rooms.
you people that argue you with someone that says an obviously real photo is shopped are the biggest dopes in the world. they throw out the hook and you bite. they just say it because it is said about almost all photos posted on the internet.
