Well, it has been done, someone out there has Charlie Sheen's head tattoo'd on their body. For EVAR! This was inked by Steve Teft of 12 Tattoos: Premiere Southeastern CT Tattoo and won Best in Show at the Massachusetts Tatto and Art Festival.
