Exploding Snowmen with Assault Rifles and Tannerite

Watch these guys fire high-powered assault rifles into snowmen loaded with about 2lbs of tannerite (which is an ammonium nitrate/aluminum powder based binary explosive used primarily as a target for firearms practice).

I tried filling snow men with bottles of red water hoping that whens hot, the water would leak out and dye the snow man red...

Didn't exactly work out that way. First, the snow was waaaay to deep to work with (it was around three feet), so it was difficult to roll the snow right, and then I wound up with just giant balls of snow that looked horrible. And when shot, instead of just leaking out, I forgot to take into account the hydrostatic shock when the bottles were hit. Essentially, they blew the snow men apart when they were hit.

We didn't have any tannerite at the time, but later, we did use it to knock a tree down.
