I'd Still Eat it: Rare Electric Blue Lobster Caught

Blair Doucette, a badass lobsterman from Prince Edward Island found this rare sea creature off the coast of North Rustico, Canada. This blue tone that you see here is caused from a "genetic mutation that causes a protein to bind to the crustacean’s pigment and change its color." Basically, this is a member of the X-MEN under the sea.
Get this, only 1 in about 4 million lobsters are colored blue. My advice to Blair: Go play lottery NOW.
