Currently, it is located in some random parking lot in Seattle, WA and from the looks of it there is a captured child stuck inside. He "claims" that it is his son. Darth Vader said the SAME thing buddy. Anyway, you can score it for $150 and jam it in a tree where you will obviously discuss the complex issues within the Galactic Senate.
